Yeah, this is one you didn’t see coming. I am releasing the source file for a twitter bird I needed to create for a client.
Not much to say here, other than I haven’t seriously used illustrator in 9 years or so, be kind. I wanted the twitter bird to have more of a cartoony feel, so the proportions are a bit off from what you have probably seen out there on the interwebs, a well as a lack of hard straight lines. So yeah, I have a new plugin I want to get some testing on, called Social Comments.
The plugin is in its most basic form at the moment, but it allows you to login to the site with your twitter account, and any comments you make will be posted to your twitter account as tweets. Eventually I will also support Facebook, but for now I am focusing on a service I actually use. Read the rest »
